According to reports, Anthony Joshua has revealed divided loyalties ahead of Wembley meeting between England and Nigeria. The reigning IBF, WBA, WBO and IBO heavyweight world champ revealed he will take his seat in the stands for England’s friendly against Nigeria.
Gareth Southgate will lead the Three Lions against the Super Eagles in their penultimate friendly before this summer’s World Cup in Russia.
According to TheSun UK, it appears Joshua is struggling to pick which team he will support in the clash at the national stadium.
Joshua, who was born in Watford, is also fiercely proud of his African roots, with a Nigeria tattoo etched for eternity on his bicep.
