Meek Mill Reveals JAY-Z Stopped His Donald Trump Visit

Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill came “this” close to meeting face-to-face with President Donald Trump. The Dreamchasers boss has credited JAY-Z for stopping him from linking up with the head of state to discuss prison reform.

According to reports, Jigga called up Meek last night (May 17) and explained how the Trump meeting could do more harm than good.

We’re told Jay called Meek Thursday night and made it clear … meeting with Trump would be problematic for his image and for the cause. Meek tells us, “I was originally scheduled to be part of a panel on Prison Reform at the White House to help shed light on the issues within the system. Unfortunately, the focus turned to the President and Myself which concerned me that it might take away from creating a positive result from today’s discussions.” (TMZ)

Meek Mill went to Instagram this week to react to a wrongfully convicted man finally getting released from jail.
